Therapy is a Journey
You don’t have to “fix” everything right away. Therapy is about learning, growing, and feeling better step by step. I am here to support you — no matter what.
Talking & Listening
You’ll talk about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I will listen closely and help you make sense of things.
Creative Tools
Depending on your age and style, therapy might include drawing, games, writing, role-play, or other fun ways to express yourself.
Homework (Sometimes)
I might give you small things to try between sessions — like journaling, practicing a skill, or noticing your feelings.
Learning Skills
You might learn ways to calm down when you’re upset, speak up when something’s wrong, or handle stress better.

Here’s what to expect:
Just getting started
You’ll meet with me and we’ll get to know each other. I’ll explain how therapy works and answer any questions you (or your parent/caregiver) might have.
Sharing Your Story
You can talk about what’s been bothering you, what’s going well, or anything you want help with. You don’t have to share everything at once — you can go at your own pace.
Setting Goals Together
We will figure out what you want to work on. That might be feeling less anxious, handling big emotions, improving friendships, or just having a safe place to talk.
Here’s how you might feel:
Uncomfortable
Talking about hard stuff can feel weird or emotional — that’s normal, and I will help you through it.
Stronger
As you keep going, you might feel more confident, more in control, and more like yourself.
Safe & Heard
Therapy is a place where you can be honest without being judged.
Getting Started
You can book online through my website, call my cell, or email me directly.
No referral is necessary. You can self-refer and schedule an appointment anytime.
