More Than Just a Space, It’s a Feeling

Hi, I'm Ashley

My heart lies in empowering children, youth, young adults, and their families to discover and embrace their fullest potential. Whether through direct support, advocacy, or mentorship, I help bring warmth, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to every life I touch.

Your Path to Wellness

Meet & Greet

You’ll meet with me and we’ll get to know each other. I’ll explain how therapy works and answer any questions you (or your parent/caregiver) might have.

Sharing Your Story

You can talk about what’s been bothering you, what’s going well, or anything you want help with. You don’t have to share everything at once — you can go at your own pace.

Setting Goals Together

We will figure out what you want to work on. That might be feeling less anxious, handling big emotions, improving friendships, or just having a safe place to talk.

A bowl with the Japanese art of Kintsugi applied to it.

Therapy is like Kintsugi, the ancient Japanese art where broken objects are repaired by reassembling the shattered pieces using a lacquer mixed with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. This process transforms the item into something whole again – unique, beautiful, and resilient – while honouring its history and imperfections as symbols of strength and the beauty found in healing.

My Areas of Focus

Wellness journeys look different to everyone. With more than 30 years of experience in the field working with children of all ages – I have an affinity for helping others.
